Love is our superpower
modafinil liver п»їLove is our emotional vitamin, the one that fills us with vitality and strength in the face of life. That is why we say that love is our superpower, because it enhances our growth and our ability to walk upright through life.
Who has not felt in love and capable of anything? Who has not, after receiving a hug, managed the helm of his life with greater ease than usual? Who has not needed to say "I love you and I trust you" or to hear it to move forward with his projects?
We need to love and be loved, it is something basic for us. We are not talking about having a partner, but about loving the people around us who mean something to us. Because many times when we are about to fall, it is love that sustains us.
"I love you enough to invite you to step on dry leaves one of these afternoons. I love you enough to go for a walk, to talk about love, while we kick pebbles. I love you so we can become Chinese with laughter, drunk with nothing and stroll unhurriedly through the streets.
I love you enough to go with you to the places I go most often, and tell you that that's where I sit and think about you. I love you enough to listen to your laughter all night long. I love you enough to never let you go.
I love you as one loves certain loves, the old-fashioned way, with the soul and without looking back".

Love and intimacy, two sources of strengthAdmiration and affection are sources of strength. Affection, intimacy and deep concern for the well-being of the loved one are part of the emotional baggage that we forge and that gives us so much balance.
According to Maslow, love and relationships are part of our basic needs for affiliation and security, so we need them to climb our pyramid higher and higher and to reach self-recognition, confidence, respect, success, spontaneity, etc.
So, probably in order to reach our goals and manage our times we need the breaths that the people we love bring to our internal clock. Because at the end of the day, those we love are our north and help us to mark the cardinal points towards which we need to look at every moment.
What "loving" does to our brainLoving is our superpower at all levels, including the cerebral level. In fact, as we have pointed out on other occasions, analyzing the neurochemical changes that occur in our brain through feelings and emotions is essential.
So, although we usually refer to the heart as the home of love, we should really think that it is configured in the brain through sensations, emotions, thoughts and behaviors that provoke neurochemical changes and new neuronal connections.
Thus, associations are created in the striatum and insula that allow our limbic system to process the feelings and emotions they generate in us. Serotonin, oxytocin and dopamine are recreated in our nervous system and make attention and care reign among our behaviors.
Being linked to others gives us value thanks mainly to the presence of dopamine, while oxytocin and prolactin favor loyalty and permanence with those we love.
On the other hand, the unconditionality of wanting seems to reside in the periaqueductal gray matter, where the center of excessive pain control is also located. This explains why when we love someone very much we do not need any other reward than the affection they give us.
In short, the love we feel for others is largely responsible for our strength at all levels. That is why we can affirm that emotional support comes not only from being loved but also from being able to do it with our whole brain.
Thus, making these benefits available to our journey will help us to achieve everything we set out to do, because walking alongside love is always a guarantee of success and well-being. Because love is our greatest superpower.
